New: Anger Management
This new two-day course will teach you how you to handle anger and how you can prevent anger turning into aggression. We look at anger as a personal challenge, as an interpersonal challenge and increasingly, as a challenge for companies. The different stages in a conflict are identified. You will learn to master a modulated step-by-step approach, consisting of a mix of self-control measures and preventive actions.
